Financial control for UAE hospitality and multi-outlet groups

Accounting, reporting and commercial-finance support structured around outlet performance, shared costs, cash flow and group oversight.

Operating context

Build reporting around outlets, entities and management decisions

Hospitality groups need outlet-level information and a consistent group view. Valusage can help define charts of accounts, close routines, intercompany schedules, management packs and forecasting, with delivery timing based on system access, record quality and the number of entities and outlets.

A defined engagement process

  1. Step 1

    Understand the requirement

Confirm the entity, operating context, decision, records and relevant deadlines.

  2. Step 2

    Agree the scope

Document deliverables, responsibilities, exclusions, timing and fees before work begins.

  3. Step 3

    Deliver and review

Complete the agreed work, discuss findings and record any actions or dependencies.

Timing: A realistic close and reporting timetable is agreed after reviewing systems, transaction volumes, entity structure and the completeness of source records. No fixed close date is guaranteed before that review.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate records, management assumptions and authority correspondence.
  • Nominate an authorised decision-maker and respond to information requests within agreed timeframes.
  • Approve filings, decisions and third-party appointments where they remain the client's responsibility.

Important exclusions

  • Legal opinions, statutory audit, regulated investment advice and authority decisions.
  • Guaranteed tax treatments, approvals, deadlines, savings or commercial outcomes.
  • Government, authority and third-party fees unless expressly included in the written scope.

Questions clients ask

Can every outlet use the same reporting structure?+

A common structure is useful, but outlet formats, systems, leases and operating models may require controlled differences. These are mapped before the reporting design is agreed.

Does Valusage provide statutory audit services?+

No. Statutory audit is outside this consultancy scope. Valusage can prepare accounting schedules and coordinate information requested by an appointed independent auditor.

Commercial next step
